Pre-Order Items
All products are currently sold as pre-orders. Orders are expected to ship within approximately 2–3 months. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this estimated delivery timeframe.

 

Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-order items may be canceled at any time before the product has shipped for a full refund.

 

Order Cancellations (Non Pre-Order)
For non pre-order purchases, orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be guaranteed.

 

Returns
We accept returns within 72 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

 

Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns for:

• Used or damaged items not due to our error

• Items not returned in original condition and packaging

• Requests made outside the 72-hour return window

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items
